About Sterling Oak Carpentry
Founders, Riley and Andrew, have 10 years of quality experience fitting multi-million dollar Florida homes with top of the line trim packages and custom woodworks. We have set out to fill a need in the market for honest craftsmen who care about each project as if it is our own, because it is. We take pride in not only delivering a finish product that stuns our client, but an experience that does so as well.

Whether you have experience with modifying your home or not, below we carefully layout the process, step by step, so you know exactly what to expect with your project.
Discovery Call/Onsite Meeting
Get in contact with us and schedule a short discovery call followed by an onsite meeting to discuss your project!
Design and Scope Finalization
Together we will discuss your design ideas and finalize what you want your project to look like.
Detailed Proposal
After we've finalized our scope, we will assemble a detailed proposal with a final number and send it to you within 3 business days.
Acceptance, Deposit, Commencement!
After the proposal is accepted, we will send an invoice with a deposit request. Once the deposit is made and contract is signed, we will agree upon a scheduled start date and commence work!
Build Phase
Now the work begins and we get to truly bring your vision to life. We will keep your house clean and do our best to make the build process as little of an inconvenience as possible. If there is anything we can do to make this phase more pleasant, let us know!
Final Walkthrough
We don't leave until you are completely satisfied with your final product.
